Established in 2009, Emergency Alert Systems combines the emergency light and siren capabilities of Impart Special Products with the wireless control capabilities of PNE Electronics. Today, EAS is delivering innovative wireless emergency alert solutions for applications as diverse as school lockdowns and mine site evacuations.
EAS's 'WiLAS' Wireless Alert Sirens are helping speed the deployment of emergency alert systems in applications where wired systems are not suitable, either due to their higher costs, or inherent weaknesses arising from the security risks associated with having a wired control infrastructure, including vulnerability to power outtages or restricted access to centralised control systems in an emergency. The ability to activate sirens and warning beacons via remote control in an emergency further enahnces their flexibility and ability to dramatically improve safety outcomes while significantly reducing costs.
